Wednesday Sept 16

Breakfast: Bowl of honey nut cheerios and a banana

Lunch: Mixed veggies, string cheese, and strawberries

Snack: yogurt, and a few crackers

Dinner: baked porkchop with grean peas, and a little bit of mashed potatoes.

Snack: snuck in a bite of caramel chocolate!

Beverages: water

Activity: 60 minutes at the gym (35 minutes bike, 25 minutes weights)
