Saturday Sept 12

Breakfast: bowl of honey nut cheerios

Lunch : Left over Pizza ( I know, horrible)!

Snack: Banana

Dinner: Turkey burger on whole wheat bun, cantelope, and a few fries

Beverages: Water

Activity: 40 minutes (Level 1 of Jillian Michaels, and level 2 of Jillian Michaels) Also did some yard work this morning!
