Thursday Sept 17

Breakfast: Bowl of Organic farms oats and honey with a banana

Lunch: Grilled chicken sandwich

Snack: Grapes and strawberries

Dinner: Taco salad without the shell

Beverages: water, and 1 glass of ice tea

Activity: 100 minutes (1 hour belly dancing, 20 minutes pilates, 20 minutes Jillian Michaels)
