Monday Sept 28

Breakfast: bowl of Kashi

Lunch: string cheese, grapes, and soup

Snack: whole grain crackers

Dinner: Chicken taco salad without the shell

Beverages: water

Activity: 20 minutes pilates, 1 hour chasing the kids up and down stairs at Aaron's softball game.
