B: bowl of Kashi with 1/2 banana

L: 4 whole grain chicken nuggets, grapes,and strawberries

S: yogurt

D: Roasted Turkey sandwich on wheat with avacado, and 10 french fries! (went to dinner at Chili's)

S: blueberry cliff bar (after the gym)

B: water, and ice tea

Activity: 75 minutes at the gym
