Breakfast: Bowl of Mini wheats

Lunch: 1/2 a pb & j sandwich

Snack: popcorn

Dinner: subway turkey sandwich

beverages: Water

Activity: 20 minutes pilates, 1 hour belly dancing

    I enjoyed a little quiet time tonight at the gym, after my cardio, relaxing in the sauna.....was SOOOO nice just to sit in that HOT BOX for a little bit and allow myself to melt! :)

    I'm so proud of you, sticking with everything, and logging all of your foods/drinks! It keeps you conscious of what goes in your mouth, and how much working out you REALLY need to do to burn more than you are taking in! Keep it up!
