Thurs Oct 22

B: Bowl of mini wheats with 1/2 banana

L: chicken and veggie eggroll, and steamed mixed veggies

S: trail mix

D: turkey hot dog (no bun) and ground turkey chili

B: water

Activity: 1 hour belly dancing class

Steps: pedometer got reset but when I looked around 3pm had a little over 5,000 on it.
